MISTAKE #1

KEYS AND ALARM CODES ARE MARKED WITH THE FACILITY'S NAME

This is a scary practice. It gets worse. Many times the key ring not only has the facility's name and alarm codes but also the facility's address.  ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM HERE?

OUR SOLUTION IS SIMPLE:

No facility names or addresses are ever used on any keys or key rings. Furthermore, we do not use names or addresses on any supervisor field documents.

We use a three letter acronyms on all building notations. This allows us and only us to know the identity of your building.

Don't entrust your building to an amateur or worse.

MISTAKE #2

YOUR CLEANER IS PAID "OFF THE BOOKS." INSURANCE IS NOT VALID.

This common practice of  not having employees on payroll to bypass the high Workers Compensation costs, exposes many Businesses to needless liability.

OUR SOLUTION:

All our employees are EMPLOYEES. We do not use subcontractors. We pay over $70,000 a year in Workers Compensation Premiums. We carry $4 million Liability insurance and each of our employees have a $25,000 Bond.

Bonded and Insured only works for employees.

MISTAKE #4

YOUR BUILDING IS BEING USED AS A CHILD CARE FACILITY AT NIGHT

Each night many cleaners find themselves in a quandary. They have no childcare and don't want to lose their part time job, so they take the kids to work, only for the night.

Wonder why the chair is set at that weird angle or the computer looks like someone has been messing with it? Little Johnny had to do something, while his mom worked for 3 hours cleaning your building.

OUR SOLUTION IS COMPREHENSIVE

We approach this problem realistically.

  1. All new hires are told, this behavior is not acceptable and they can be immediately terminated, if they let any unauthorized person in your building.

  2. Flex time is allowed in most cases, which gives us the best employees who are responsible at home and on the job. Our Telephone Time Computer always knows when your cleaner is working.

  3. Unannounced visits are made to your facility. They are staggered throughout the month. Our cleaners know someone is watching.

  4. Other employees are available to cover a shift. We allow extra weekend shifts for an employee to make up missed time, in case a special problem arises.

MISTAKE #3

YOUR CLEANING COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW IF THEIR EMPLOYEES WILL CLEAN YOUR FACILITY TONIGHT.

Many cleaning companies are as surprised as you are when 7:00 AM rolls around and no one has cleaned your office. They do not have any ability to monitor their employees at an acceptable level.

Even if you have a small facility, you deserve a much higher level of service.

OUR SOLUTION IS SIMPLE

All our employees have a specific amount of time to clock in and out using your facility's phones. When they don't show up our Computerized Time System calls their manager and informs him or her of the absence.

This system works in all our clients facilities, no matter what the size. It also has an added bonus, we see the exact time your cleaner clocks in and out of your building.

Using Caller ID, we "see" where they are and when they clean.
